Our warranty covers all structural parts, functional electronic systems, and manufacturing defects. Selected motor ranges include lifetime warranty extensions. Physical damages or user-inflicted scratches are not covered.

We recommend using a clean damp microfiber cloth with diluted mild soap or specialized glass cleaner. Avoid coarse steel wool, scouring sponges, or highly abrasive chemicals that could scratch the gloss glass surface.
